“A painter paints pictures on canvas. But musicians paint their pictures on silence.”

I love to slalom ski...especially on Lake Keowee!
I enjoy helping ignite passionate music-making for those young, old and in between. Watermelon and dark chocolate from Trader Joes are my favs. I LOVE the music of the beach - sand, surf and StArFiSh! The three words that describe me best are: Dreamer, Winsome, and Compassionate.
At the age of 4, I expressed to my parents that I'd like to play the piano like the "lady who plays at church". Soon after, my mom purchased me a small keyboard and helped me learn a few simple melodies. My interest in piano only grew, so my parents finally allowed me to take piano lessons at school when I turned 7. I was keenly disappointed to find out the lessons only met once a week, not every day!
In the past, I wore many hats as we were starting up-cleaning, management, events, teaching, etc. Now I am in an advisory role as educational administrator for our studio and staff.
My heavenly hero is: God! He has healed me from a lengthy illness and shows me love daily. My earthly hero is my husband, Andrew. He works selflessly behind the scenes to help young ones have the opportunity to learn, grow and enjoy their music journey at NoteAbility.
